Aileen has a love for coffee and desserts. She has turned her passion into a business and her latest obsessions are cocoa bombs from traditional to pistachio! Aileen has a knack for event planning and designing dream desserts and candy buffets. She loves hearing stories from people about things that they are celebrating. From whimsical to elegant, intimate soiree to gala affair, she is all about delivering the highest level of customized service and attention to detail.

Aileen has always had a passion for food and service and has catered a multitude of special events from weddings, the Emmy's, Grammy's, birthday parties and more in Alexandria, VA and in Los Angeles, CA. Aileen has been integral in helping launch the staffing operations and in referring clients to management serving as a consultant to the businesses.
Making Sanitizers

During the shortage of hand sanitizers, Aileen saw an opportunity to help frontline workers by creating "Hadoken Sanitizers" which is essentially a hand sanitizer that's on a badge reel. She was able to sell these to teachers who requested them and also gave them away to front line workers at the hospital and even at Starbucks - folks who cannot work from home.
